I want to make static replicas up to a museum-quality level, but I don’t really have any commerical aspirations. This is really just something for my own personal recreation – albeit on a very large scale. I only want to make WWII aircraft replicas.

It sounds like you have deep tread tires, didn’t say type of vehicle but a lot of SUV tires make a humming noise from the tread noise (normal) and no nails do not discriminate between tires.

I mean that if there is a software available capable of receiving a couple of aircraft models specifications and then come out with a unique airplane that contains major traits from them. If you had to “fuse” 3 airplanes to make one, which ones would you fuse?

The design of airplanes relies on principles that reach far outside what can be calculated in terms of specifications or performance figures. A slight change in the configuration of an aerodynamic surface can affect many variables. The behavior of an airplane design can be predicted to some extent through computer modeling, but it is much more complex than just merging numbers.
The Britten-Norman Islander, for example, is a radical design intended for a specific purpose. There would be no point in synthesizing its performance figures with those of, say, a Helio Stallion, which has a different purpose and different configuration variables.
So I am not sure it can be done the way you describe, and it isn’t clear that there would be much point in it.
